Maithri International is dedicated to provide free access to basic health care to impoverished society in India. It will embrace, address and attempt various projects to promote social and economic growth.

Health education and research programs are organized through Maithri to promote study abroad and student exchange programs. Maithri will facilitate students applications to fulfill the requirements of the course. Emphasis is given to health education. Study abroad program is also offered in Social studies and allied sciences. Maithri will determine the students eligibility for study abroad program in India.

Through integrated health systems, Maithri is promoting 6000 years old ancient Indian medicine Ayurveda, Yoga and Meditation. This is to promote positive dynamic wellness of mind and body. The objective is to enhance the quality of life and improve the treatment outcomes through combined modalities of traditional medicine and Ayurveda. It is actively opening centers in Ayurveda, Yoga and Meditation in USA and India.

Research study will be a part of integrated health systems.

Maithri is working with several non – profit organizations in Hyderabad city and remote areas in AP state to conduct medical camps in various specialties like Cardiology, Ophthalmology, Urology, HIV / AIDS screening, Blood donation etc. The first medical camp conducted in Vangara village on Jan 21, 2006 was a huge success.
